Korean cuisine is unique in many ways. The recipes you spot in their meals, are mainly focused on larger portions of vegetables & meats, cooked in minimum oil. Koreans also hold a near obsession with ‘Kimchi’, a traditional side dish comprising of seasoned vegetables and seasonings.

That’s a classic Korean meal, comprising of the goodness of wholesome food and the taste of fresh, raw and authentic flavours.

Served in a bowl, this staple recipe contains warm rice, sautéed and seasoned vegetables, chilli pepper paste, soy sauce and soybean paste. It is topped with a raw egg or a piece of meat.

2. Korean Fried Chicken

While these have been a few insights, the festival surely has more to offer, in terms of knowledge and vast taste.
