From their range of in-house sauces, you can pick and choose a preference that suits your taste buds and have it wonderfully mingle with toppings and cheese. These sauces are prepared each day, with the freshest of ingredients available in the season. All you need to do is pick from the five – Italian Tomato, Cilantro Pesto, Fiery Baja, Spanish Romesco, Piri Piri and leave the rest to the chef.
Available in a segregation of classic and premium, the Pizzas come in two base options – New York Style & Thin Crust and many exotic flavours such as Fire Roast Chicken, Piri Piri, Farmer’s Paradise, Smokey Sausage, Veggie Supreme and many more. Each one of them is freshly baked in stone oven built in Sweden, giving you a rustic and global taste.
While Pizzas remain the hero, you can also savour many Pastas and Calzones, freshly cooked and in inventive flavours.
Two of the must-haves from the Penne Pastas are –
- Alfredo Mushroom – a palatable mix of Mushrooms sauteed in creamy white sauce, Olives, Italian Herbs, Sun dried Tomatoes and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
- Cilantro Pesto – Bell Peppers, Red Onions and Mushrooms sauteed in Earthy Cilantro Pesto, topped with olives, garnished with cheese and studded with Sun dried Tomatoes.
A delicious note – In Calzones, the Farm Style pockets in Romesco Sauce and generously filled with Sausages, doesn’t deserve a miss at all.
